We’re looking for a Chef de Partie: someone who cooks with heart, who knows that a perfect satay starts with the right marinade and that a good nasi goreng might seem simple, but it is not.

The scent of fried garlic and candlenuts fills the kitchen. A pot of rendang simmers gently on the stove. Sambal is pounded by hand in a mortar, just like grandma used to do. Outside: you’re surrounded by green; an oasis of calm. But inside, the kitchen buzzes. There’s laughter and tasting. This isn’t your average kitchen. Your Role in the Kitchen
You’re the engine of the kitchen. You work closely with the Sous and Head Chef to ensure that every dish meets the level of quality our guests come back for. You are someone who:
Can run a section independently and manage multiple dishes at once;
Respects Indonesian flavors, but isn’t afraid to think creatively;
Stays calm, even during a packed service;
Takes pride in every plate that leaves the pass.
Who You Are
You have experience working in a professional kitchen;
Passion for Asian or Indonesian cuisine is a big plus (or at least the desire to dive into it)
You’re neat, fast, and detail-oriented;
Most importantly: you’re a team player who thrives when guests are smiling.
