You're not just standing behind the stove: you're involved in creating new dishes, playing with flavor, and turning a simple plate of nasi goreng into something people talk about. And in the meantime, you lead the kitchen team with calm, energy, and a big dose of passion.
Who are you?
You're a chef who doesn’t just cook: you live for food. You know that the perfect satay is all about the details: the right marinade, the right flame, the right timing. You love helping the people around you grow and building something beautiful together. Experience with Indonesian or Asian cuisine is a big plus, but what matters most is your curiosity, your love of flavor, and your willingness to get your hands dirty.
